Some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly from supplier or partner facilities, including international warehouses. As a result, shipping times may vary.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

SYRO Toronto is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with SYRO Toronto, not with Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and SYRO Toronto, including any injury, damage, loss, or claim arising from products or services purchased from our store.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with SYRO Toronto.
