Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

We currently ship only within Canada.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 7–10 business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs processing, or delays with shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, SYRO Toronto cannot guarantee that changes can be made. We recommend contacting us immediately if you notice an error.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped from our international partner warehouses, including facilities located in China. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, carrier availability, and destination within Canada.
