Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
At SYRO Toronto, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@syrotoronto.ca. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address or designated return mailbox/PO Box. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If your item does not fit or is not what you expected, we may offer a replacement option where 75% of your original item price is applied toward a replacement item, whether it is the same item or a different item of your choice. You keep the original item and pay the remaining 25% difference.
This option helps avoid return shipping costs and processing delays and is usually the fastest way to resolve the issue.
Returns for Refund
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 25% restocking and processing fee will apply. Original shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless otherwise approved by us.
Store Credit Option
If you do not wish to exchange or return the item, we may offer 75% store credit that can be used toward a future purchase. Store credit does not require the item to be returned.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, we may offer a partial refund while allowing you to keep the item. Partial refunds are offered at our discretion and are finalized through customer support.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@syrotoronto.ca and include clear photos of the item showing the issue, as well as photos of the packaging if possible.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases, no return will be required for damaged or incorrect items.
Lost in Transit or Returned Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or returned to sender, we will review the shipment status with the carrier and confirm the latest tracking update. Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@syrotoronto.ca.
